1)Goods will be received 7-10 working days after from delivery date for local delivery. Goods will be received 10 - 14 days from delivery date for overseas shipping/airmail.
2)Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable. All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery. Should there be any damages while goods were being delivered from Indonesia factory, we will inform you and extend the delivery period; this is on circumstantial basis.
3)All prices are fixed for individual buyers and negotiable for bulk buyers. For individual and bulk buyers, we do have seasonal discounts from time to time and festive seasons discounts. Do follow through our blog for more discounts.
4)Prices quoted are EXCLUSIVE of postage.
5)We are not responsible for any lost or damage of items during delivery.
6)Customer are entitled for 100% refund on the merchandise that are discontinued or you may choose other product(s) as replacement.
7)Cancellation after payment has been made(before closing date)are refundable at 50% of total amount for those who purchased in Malaysia. For overseas purchase, all payments made are 100% non- refundable due to the costly and tedious banking transactions.
8)Cancellation after payment has been made(after closing date) are 100% not refundable.
